After creating an account, the user may voluntarily provide, for example:

Within the mySALIDI service, the user may record, for example:

- consumption history.
Some of this data may, due to its nature, reveal information about the user's health. Health-related data belongs to special categories of personal data under the GDPR and is subject to enhanced protection.
5. Creating and using a mySALIDI account
When registering for mySALIDI, the user provides in particular their name, e-mail address and password.
During registration, the user is required to confirm that they have read the current version of this Privacy Policy.
The system records:
- the fact that the user has been informed of the current version of the Privacy Policy,
- the date of this confirmation,
- the specific version of the Privacy Policy confirmed by the user.
If a new version of the Privacy Policy is published, the user may be asked to confirm the current version before continuing to use the service.
6. Sign-in through Google
SALIDI allows users to sign in using a Google account.
When using this method of sign-in, we use Google's service to verify the user's identity.
SALIDI does not know or store the user's password for their Google account.
Google may process personal data when providing its service in accordance with its own privacy rules. Information about the processing of personal data by Google should therefore also be considered according to Google's terms and conditions.
7. Submission of stories
SALIDI allows people to share their own experiences with incontinence through stories.
When submitting a story, the author's e-mail address is required. The e-mail address is used, among other things, to communicate with the author and, where necessary, to verify their identity when requesting removal of a story.
The e-mail address is not published together with the story.
The author does not have to provide their real name when submitting a story.
Stories may contain information concerning the health of the author or other persons. Such information may constitute a special category of personal data.
Verification of a request to remove a story
If an author requests the removal of their story, verification may be required to confirm that the request is actually being made by the author of the story.
For this purpose, the author may be required to send the request from the e-mail address used when submitting the story.
If authorship or authorization to remove the story cannot be sufficiently verified, it may not be possible to remove the story based on such a request.

- product size,
- absorption level,
- number of pieces,
- stock level,
- number of pieces consumed,
- date of consumption.
This data is primarily intended to provide mySALIDI functions to the user and to maintain their own stock and consumption history.
The data is not intended for public display.
As the use of specific incontinence products may reveal information about a person's health, their processing is subject to the appropriate data protection regime.
9. Aggregated product usage statistics
SALIDI may create aggregated statistics on the consumption of individual products.
For example:
TENA Slip Maxi – 358 pcs used
These statistics are based on aggregated data and are not intended to publicly display a specific user or their consumption.
Access to internal product usage statistics is restricted to the SuperAdmin.
The purpose of these statistics is primarily to gain an overview of the use of individual products and to support the further development of the SALIDI project.

The user may delete their account in the mySALIDI application directly in their account settings using the “Delete Account” function.
Before the account deletion is completed, the user may be required to verify their identity using a verification code for the protection of personal data and account security.
After successful verification, personal data and data associated with the user account will be deleted to the extent that their further retention is not required by law or justified by another legitimate reason.
Special rules set out in Section 7 of this Policy apply to stories.
